My only concern is that everyone in the waiting area, myself included, seemed to have something added to the original reason they came in. In my case, it was an alignment. Kristina was great.
Last experience not as good as we were sent away and told service not needed, then bugged as to why we didn't come in when we had been there.

My service writer is fantastic and helped me greatly with my service. I was very much shocked on the 3800$ quote to replace water pump on 2018 rx350. I always do repairs at dealership but that price seems excessive and I will be looking to have car repaired somewhere else
