Simone was a great service coordinator. Extremely helpful in updating ny profile and bill based on my care plan.
Unfortunately, the technician/staff physically servicing my vehicle were irresponsible and careless. My armrest leather is damaged /torn as a result of their service appt efforts. I am still awaiting an update from Service Manager regarding corporate'd next steps since this damage is the dealerships responsibility.
