Your service department is trying to how should I put it seem like they are working hard but to me as being an observation as I am about customer service it was not pleasing to have to wait almost 10 minutes before I was greeted and then what’s my vehicle was ready. It seemed like I had to wait on almost an hour before someone came and told me that my car was ready if I hadn’t went to the service desk to find out if it was ready or not, I would’ve never known and then your service rep told me that they would give me a $15 discount awaiting so long written in my oil change was 8995 even if with the $15 it still would’ve should’ve been I say 70 some dollars $74 so all they gave me was five dollars off. I was not happy with it. I didn’t argue with them about it. I’m just gonna have to find other service areas to get my car service because you guys are not doing what you’re supposed to be doing customer service is number one prior to keeping your business open.
