I called for a quote to have my vehicle evaluated for a suspected hybrid battery failure and was quoted ~$200 on the phone but when I showed up I was told there was an additional $300 charge to have the hybrid scan performed. Seemed like a bait and switch and I ended up canceling the hybrid scan as I already pulled up code p0A80 with my own scanner. I will be going elsewhere for the hybrid replacement. The employees there were very nice at least

Although,l came in for a oil change. He took the time to inquire about the cost to repair my hinges and bolts for my trunk.
I was impressed because I was told that I had to take it to an auto body shop by: Toyota in Matteson.
