After a mishap with my last service, Mr. Taylor, the service manager, contacted me and convinced me to give them another chance and make things right. I went back and the level of professionalism and the courtesy he and Ruby gave me was top notch. He has won my trust back in Toyota and having my vehicle serviced there.
