It was not noted on my receipt that I was to return for the job to be completed. Instead it stated…completed. Well the AC machine was down and so I returned 3 days later. No one called to say that the machine was up and running, I discovered it by calling each day.

I received a telephone call stating my car was due for service. I was informed on the phone that I would receive $10.00 off today bringing my total of $69.95. When I arrived at my scheduled time I informed the service representative who stated that price would be honored. I was taken in for service late which pushed my pick up time to closing time. I went to pay and was NOT given the promised $10.00 discount. I was told by the cashier that there was no one to help resolve this issue. I was brought in under false pretense. I would have made a different decision if I knew they were not going to honor the discount. I will think twice before I use advantage Toyota ever again. I have been a loyal customer for many years.
