First of all let me say I have the pleasure of dealing with Brandon previously. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. However, I was disappointed that Olu, Auto Mechanic/Technician was not the employee given my vehicle as I previously requested. I made sure it would be a day he was present. I recorded a video for him and after I set up an appointment, he was going to attempt to use his knowledge and expertise to find out the source of the periodic noise from my left rear. Additionally, it took over 2.5 hours for the services for a scheduled 8:00 a.m. “appointment” and your waiting area was over crowded which left customers standing (COVID still exist with the unwelcoming theater like seating). I was not the only one who commented. Lastly, Owners, the Women’s restroom needs your attention. The wheelchair accessible stall’s hardware (seat) needs to be replaced, the floors were dirty as well as the surrounding areas. This is not what I have been accustomed to at Advantage Toyota. I had oil service done but when I drove home and turned my car back on, the oil light came back on. Now I have to return back to River Oaks from Chicago. Outside of this, service was good, but it’s a huge inconvenience for me to return based on an oversight from the service team as I need to work something out with my job to return . Can I have a discount on my next services due to the inconvenience?
