I been coming to this Toyota for years and I brought 2 vehicles from you all and I do all my service at this advanced Toyota and I never had to pay $128.00 for a sample oil change . I will not be back that was ridiculous and oil was all on my door handle all the plastic and floor paper was left in my car for me to dispose of and yes I was not satisfied!!! I won't be back.

I was quoted 2 hours wait time. After waiting for 2.5 hours I went to the service desk to ask the status of my car. The service rep (not initial one helping me) went fishing through papers and found mine and said oh your car is ready, I’ll get you checked out. So apparently the car was ready for a long time without me being informed which caused me to wait longer than I needed to. No apology was given or explanation. Also, the car was not washed.
