I guess there was a lack of communication! I reviewed the email of the service that was completed and the service that was needed. I tapped yes/ok on all of the buttons that needed service. I guess the gentleman didn’t see my reply. When I received another email that my vehicle was all ready and I could go pay the cashier then I was told my car was outside. It didn’t dawn on me until I got in my car that I only paid $77 and some change when I should have paid approximately 600.00. So I go back inside and spoke to the same gentleman and I asked him did I get everything done that I asked for and he said I only got an oil change. I said, well I replied to the email stating that I wanted everything done and he said he didn’t see my reply back. He then told me he will get everything done and it will take about 40 minutes. I personally don’t like being contacted via email or text when I’m in your waiting area. I would prefer for someone to come out and speak to me personally. All of this miscommunication could have been avoided if someone had come and talk to me!!!

I waited 3 hours for my service when my appointment was at 8 am. They totally forgot about my car. Also the Tech that finally serviced my car lied saying he did the multi inspection and he didn’t . I Had put a complaint in to the manager. This was the worst experience at Toyota that I had trying to get my car serviced here at the Calumet City dealership! I was so upset! I let there with a migraine headache!
