I did not appreciate the vibe when I was there.
There was no personal contact to let me know my car was ready. Everything was done electronically digitally.
No further explanation of why my car was in need of maintenance totaling over $700 dollars when I was scheduled for just a routine oil change.

I believe keeping up the customer with updates on their car/truck would be helpful. I was there for 2hrs and I had to ask for an update. Also I noticed my truck was completed but it took them 10-15 min to give me the paperwork and the person who completed my paperwork was talking with a coworker and didn’t start my paperwork until one of the techs asked if I needed help. And he told her I was waiting. The cashier was very sweet and had great customer service so kudos for her!
