The whole experience was not satisfactory. Follow up only occurred when we reached out. Extra requested work while the car was there was forgot about until I reminded. Promised rental the first time was unavailable and had to wait about 45 minutes before I received one. I was not told for the first one that I would be charged for the small amount of gas used and ended up with a $18 charge. We have always been happy with our service but this time it fell short of expectations. Barney McLean

Miles was great. I drove home and discovered that the light bulb that needed replacement, and which I paid for wasn’t working. I called Miles, had my wife coordinate with me to bring the car back; returned home; then, when called, came back to Heritage. I checked my car before seeing Miles, again the bulb wasn’t fixed. I waited in waiting room. Finally, on my third visit, and the mechanic’s 3rd opportunity, the bulb was replaced. It most of my day Monday to take care of this. Miles was very helpful, but mechanic’s vigilance was not!

This was the fourth time I was in to fix the sensors, the side sensors of the vehicle, and I was on the road for 10 minutes and they stopped working. I spent at least three hours each time in the waiting room. Nothing is fixed and I am feeling like, I have wasted time and money
