Better than expected! Other than being done by the time I got home and having to grab another gmt bus, it went smoothly. Scrolled through the menu and found another recall notification which surprised me. Called and it was already done in March. Might want to look for messages before giving the car back to the owner. I don’t care for the text with results from the appointment. It would be fine if it came along with a phone call letting me know if everything is ok or if work needs to be done. Received a text with no explanation so had no idea of the vehicle was set.

The whole experience was not satisfactory. Follow up only occurred when we reached out. Extra requested work while the car was there was forgot about until I reminded. Promised rental the first time was unavailable and had to wait about 45 minutes before I received one. I was not told for the first one that I would be charged for the small amount of gas used and ended up with a $18 charge. We have always been happy with our service but this time it fell short of expectations. Barney McLean

I dropped off the car and filled out the paperwork. I paid the bill. This is MY phone number. It is exceedingly patronizing to assume the man of the house is in charge of all things automotive.
