Incredibly poor service. Scheduled an appointment 4 weeks ago and the vehicle was not looked at for 4 weeks. Repeated calls were not returned by Miles, nor was a request for the service manager to call responded to. I had the car towed after no responses, and the car was evaluated that day. I was patient for 4 weeks. If you are unable to service a vehicle, tell the customer.

Better than expected! Other than being done by the time I got home and having to grab another gmt bus, it went smoothly. Scrolled through the menu and found another recall notification which surprised me. Called and it was already done in March. Might want to look for messages before giving the car back to the owner.
