The interaction with your team was fantastic. I appreciate the friendly demeanor, etc. I know it’s a busy time for changing tires and it must get awfully tiring! That said, I don’t think my tires are balanced enough, I’m getting a fair amount of vibration/shimmy when I go over 60mph. I could go 80 before with, essentially, none. Usually, this is done really well in your shop, but feels a little sub-par this time.

Caleb was great- thank you for being friendly and extra helpful. The only reason I was not totally satisfied is because the lack of a transfer shuttle. Many other dealerships offer this service and ever time I ask, the answer is “we didn’t have it during Covid and we are in the process of trying to get it back.” I feel like that’s been the answer/excuse for far too long now. Having a shuttle would be greatly helpful.

My RAV4 was serviced yesterday and was assured all was well. Today, the warning system came on indicating that there is AWD system malfunction, 2WD system engaged…. visit your dealer I have extremely busy schedule and week; this is a huge inconvenience and disappointment .

I was charged for servuce that should have been covered by my extended warranty and I had to bring it to his attention after the fact. Subsequently he gave me the wrong information for reimbursement. Eventually it was resolved after involving the finance department.
