Franklin was kind and helpful in advising me on options. I needed the job done, so I went to another provider and found that the issue was different than speculated. I didn't need new rims. The hubcaps were out of center (causing a wobble) and removing them saved me $1650, as quoted by Heritage. It was a two day process and I was frustrated that it took so much advocating to get to the root of the problem. I wish I had hubcaps but it wasn't worth the expense. Thank you to Franklin and his assistant for providing the socket to remove the lug nuts. I hope future appointments will include a drive after working on it, to make sure the job is really done. I was called at work and told my car was ready. I arrived 20 minutes later and was told that he made a mistake and it wasn't ready, but would be in 10 to 15 minutes. I waited another hour. Unsatisfied and will not bring my vehicle to be serviced at heritage.
