It is unacceptable that my car was kept for nearly 2 weeks for a simple, 10 minute procedure that I never should have had to bring the vehicle to Toyota for as it was routine maintenance. The customer service from the team was also lacking, as it took days for a response to a call or text message. Finally, my mechanic and I were given different information every time we called - from a part needed to be ordered to it was a complex issue to it was a recall issue. This was both dishonest and alarming. Finally, when we towed the car to Toyota, we were told it was a quick fix and we would get squeezed in quickly. It took 10 days, which had a significant impact on my ability to work, transport my child to school, and more.

Make sure you list the work that was done in the invoice. Tire rotation was not listed, assumed it wasn't done. Bought a tire gage and I was wrong, they were indeed rotated. Apologies for getting frustrated, but if the work that was done was listed, I wouldn't of felt mislead in the first place.
