Sarah was a fantastic interface. It was a paint recall so third party involvement and a complicated process but she made it simple, kept me informed and everything finished exactly as planned. Great person and she should be recognized for her great work.

We were on the road between Denver and Santa Fe when the Tacoma blew the rear main seal. This happened a week after the clutch was replaced at Toyota of Santa Fe. I was suspicious the problem was related but Sarah coordinated w/ the SF dealership and they came through covering the cost. She went to quite a bit of effort and I deeply appreciated it.

He was great, but. i hwd to have a loaner car because they didn’t have the parts for a recall that I scheduled over a week ago. Plenty of time to get parts. Then I had to fill a tank to the full mark which I wouldn’t have done If I had my own car. Poor management.
