I called for a quote for all 4 brakes and rotors to be replaced and the quote given was around $550. After hearing the amount, I clarified that the quote was for “all of them” and I was told yes.
I came in today expecting all 4 brakes and rotors to be replaced but only two of them were replaced and for the quoted price. So I only got half of the work I expected to get completed for double the price.
The communication is terrible and this isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience. I don’t know how else to communicate more clearly with your team. When I say “all”, I expect all 4th be completed and quoted accurately.
