Jim explained our issue with the Infotainment console. We were hoping it would have lasted more than 3 years and were surprised by the cost. However, it was not Jim's fault that we have elected to address the console replacement at a later date.

My car was in for oil and filter change and recall fix. During inspection it was determined that it needed alignment. I gave the go ahead for alignment via e-signature. Shortly after I saw my car being parked in the lot next to the service entrance. I assumed it was in line for the alignment. 45 minutes later I checked with the service advisor for an update. She said she would check. Fifteen minutes later, I realized my car was still parked in the lot. I checked again and found out my car had been done for over an hour but no one had let me know. The service advisor apologized and gave me a 15% discount on the alignment (about $19). I asked if my car was aligned and she said yes. She promised to email me an alignment report, but I have not received it. I have been a loyal customer for several years and know this was not a typical experience, however I am very disappointed that I spent an over an hour waiting for a car that was already done.
