Last servicing, I was honestly worried that Scott was no longer with Toyota because he was not there. I only want to deal with Scott for as long as I own my/a Toyota. He's honest, fair, and makes sure I get what I need taken care of quickly/efficiently.

My vehicle is not running like it was back in Texas at zero elevation. The technician checked all systems for any evidence of error codes and found no issues. I was also offered to get an out of cycle oil change, which I declined, and will just follow the Toyota standard maintenance intervals. The dealer did perform the 5k service. I am satisfied with everything that occurred

I was originally bummed ???? out when I saw a $25 charge displayed on my phone that I was gonna have to pay to get my tire fixed when I thought that I had a warranty with Toyota to cover it, but then I was able to drink a couple free chocolate lattes and settle into a nice chair to work on my computer. So even though it took an hour and a half for my tire to get fixed, I learned that the $25 charge was not to be paid by me so that helped lift my spirits and it’s good to know my tire is now fixed and I’m on my way.

Strather always provides the highest customer service. My only issue is that it took 2hrs and 40 minutes to do an oil change and replace the engine and cabin air filters.
