Ethan was attentive, and went out of his way to thoroughly explain the required repairs. The team had impeccable communication and completed the work in a very timely fashion. They secured a loaner vehicle without hesitation before it was even requested. Ethan and the Baxter team were sensational and made an unexpected and unpleasant repair a pleasant experience.

I received good service today! The service advisor wasJohnny-on-the-spot as soon as I opened my car door. My only complaints are that my vehicle was not washed today, forgive me, I was hoping it would be, and the Maintenance Required light wasn’t reset after my vehicle was serviced.
