This is the second time in a row after getting an oil change I have had to re adjust the cabin filter because it was not put back in correctly and makes noise when the fan is on.

I'm very disappointed with recent service visits. Please look at previous service in regards to brake linings. Last time they needed immediate attention. Another brake service place said they didn't need to be replaced. Today they didn't need immediate attention. Looks very deceptive to me. Also, I had appt and was told 1-1.5 hours. It took 1.75 hours with no additional repairs. That is unacceptable. I think it's time to seek other service providers, especially since I'm out of warranty on this vehicle.

Took 2 hours when was told it was probably only going to take around 1-1.5. Also, thought the alignment was part of the Toyota care package and extra warranties we bought, but was told it wasn’t. We purchased all the extra warranties, not just the Toyota care that originally came with the car, but was told it wasn’t part of it.
