Interesting you should ask. We were called minutes after leaving your facility. We were told the tech wasn’t certain he had tightened the lug nuts . We were really concerned because we had driven several miles before the call. We traveled to La Vista Baxter, The lug nuts were secure. Our response………..give that technician a pat on the back for reporting his uncerttainity. He risked some embarrassment on his part to make certain we were save. Thanks!

Nick was fine, it was just the time it took for the service. I was told it would be up to 1.5 hours and it took 2.5 by the time I returned to pick up my car. I’m a stay at home mom, that car is the one that has all of my car seats and I arranged for childcare and a ride so I could come back to my house to help out with my kids before I had to go back and get my car. I realize things happen, but my appointment was at 8am and I arrived on time. I am grateful for the quality of service, however I wish it was completed on time. Thank you, Courtney Barrera

Ethan promptly greeted me, was efficient while assessing my needs for the visit, communicated well during servicing and had the work done in a timely fashion.

No, came in to the service lane for my 9am oil change appointment at 8:40. No staff came up to me to check-in and I had to sit there and wait until 5 minutes to my scheduled when I decided to go into the building. One of the lights to my back license plate is out so I asked the if they could replace it. They gave me an estimated time of 1:30 for the work to be done. About 45 to an hour I got a text update and a request to perform the replacement of the bulb and the cost, I agreed electronically for them to perform the job. I waited in the lobby for another 1 hour plus and did not receive any update and I decided to check in at the front desk. The time was now 11:45 am and it seems there hasn’t been any communication between the front desk staff and the mechanic. He was eventually tracked down and I was informed that the bulb I had given permission to replace hasn’t been done. I was then told that they will get it done and given the price. I spent a total over 3 hours for just an oil change and a replacement job which ruined the rest of my schedule. I was grateful for one of the other service advisors comping the cost after the wait but overall the service I received was awful. Furthermore, I checked in my vehicle at 39,000 miles and the new sticker they put on my windshield say next service mileage at 43,937 or date 1/26. It just doesn’t make sense. Thanks, Eugene.
