The overall experience was positive. Communication was consistent and I had a good idea of when my vehicle was being looked at and when I could pick it up. I was provided a loaner car to carry on with my day. However, my vehicle continues to make a whistling noise that I asked to be addressed. If the car had been taken for a quick drive this would have been noticed so that it may have been investigated.
