I was surprised by the high shop rate. Sprcifically as it was over two hundred dollars to turn two rotors. And you failed to be able to provide a four wheel alignment. Some weird story about my tires were too big. Seriously the tires have been in it since it was new. You guys are the first to have an issue with the ability to get an alignment on her. Generally a disappointing experience.

I enjoy the La Vista facility. I've been taking my Highlander there for many years and have gotten to know many of the service techs. This is the first time I've had Davis as my tech and I feel he is very personable. I like that as a result of the multi-point inspection, I get to choose additional items found that may need to be addressed. But it's not high pressure and I appreciate that.

Brutal communication out of the entire team. My “advisor” was sick so apparently that means no one else knows what’s going on. They got my truck on Wednesday afternoon. I had to call Thursday, Friday and Monday. Not one person reached out. When they did answer they didn’t give a straight answer as to what was actually wrong. First it was the internal computer in the engine. Then they said we got that now it’s “something else” with no clarification. They made this hassle unfortunately.
