Brutal communication out of the entire team. My “advisor” was sick so apparently that means no one else knows what’s going on. They got my truck on Wednesday afternoon. I had to call Thursday, Friday and Monday. Not one person reached out. When they did answer they didn’t give a straight answer as to what was actually wrong. First it was the internal computer in the engine. Then they said we got that now it’s “something else” with no clarification. They made this hassle unfortunately.

Your video shown the edge of the air filter but you say it needs replacement. Then you show me the drivers side of my vehicle, for what purpose??? Then the video stopped working. The charge was $110 for my oil change that was covered by my mainenace agreement. Something that should have been checked!!! Not impressed. You have done better in the past!

I have never been to a place that did not waive the diagnostic fee as long as you had the work done. And in this case, the diagnostic fee was just as much is the procedure.

I had to pay for an oil change. My Toyota care expired in August. I was told last time I brought it in for an oil change that it would not be covered because it was not at a 10,000 mile interval. So when it got to 10,000 I bring it in and I have to pay. Then when I get in my truck to leave the sticker for the next oil change is at 5,000 miles. I have purchased a 24 Crown and leased a 23 Tundra. I will not buy another Toyota vehicle. When my lease expires I will be in a different manufacturers vehicle because of trickery played by the service department. I will not return to the dealership except for warranty work going forward. I will not spend my hard earned money when I had to pay $111 for an oil change that should have been covered by Toyota care.

I brought my 2004 Toyota Highlander in for an Oil change and a tire rotation. I noticed when I got my car back that the antenna was gone. So I watched the video when they first chrck my car in and you can slowly watch the video and see an antenna on my car. By the time I recieved my car, the antenna was gone. So I’m not super happy about that as I don’t know where it went and would like transparency if something broke it.
