It took 1 and 1/2 hour longer than I was told it would. No change in the service as programmed, so there was not a mechanical problem. The service was otherwise good, the reception and communication was good. I would have appreciated a more accurate representation of time required. I would have accepted that. I did not like the misrepresentation of time required.

It took a week to get an oilchange appt, forcing me over the mileage. I asked them to look at a side mirror problem,as well so that made it a 2.5 hr service. Ethan was fine, but I lost 5 hrs for a service that was scheduled.
