It has nothing to do with the treatment we received from Ethan. He is terrific! It has to do with Toyota itself. When we catch a breath, we plan on calling corporate and have them explain to us why we pay for the Dynamic Navigation, which states that it updates Maps and our system is out of date until 2025 and we shouldn’t have to pay your dealership service department any more money! BTW, we solved at least two of our immediate issues by ourselves!

The end of my Toyota Care was not communicated to me. In addition, while I asked that my car be washed, when I went to leave there was a sign in my car that said "Do not Wash" so I did not get it washed. Overall, it was fine but not the service I am used to.
