Hi, I was promptly greeted when checking in. During check-in the technician and I discussed the work that was going to be done and also a recall where the parts were available. We discussed that if the car was up on the lift and the recall work could be done that it would be. I'm happy to say that they coordinated those pieces and my appointment only took one hour.
I did notice that the guest waiting area where I was at with the **** chairs was not particularly clean, but I did mention this out to the check-out tech and he let me know that he would have somebody look into it.

From what I can tell the technician changed the oil, rotated the tires, and did the multi point inspection and charged $180 labor. That seems pretty high for about an hour of work.
