This is my 3rd appt I had been trying to get my wheel fixed. I made this last appt 3 weeks before. When I called Nick at 1130 for vehicle update (I had dropped off my car the night prior at 6pm) he said we will for sure get it fixed today, we will have to fit it in. I said “fit it in? I’ve had this appt for 3 weeks why would you be “fitting” me in? He oh well oh well I mean we will get it done today. Very confusing. I understand this service is outsourced but it’s not very timely and it would be nice if there was some kind of communication on how long it would take, no one knew.

I wish there was more transparency. I had to call to ask why my alignment was off due to the paper being in my car and not talked over by the service writer. As well as no tech notes provided from my technician. I also had to go find my car when it was done, instead of it brought to me (that was very minor but still worth a mention for my reasoning of saying it was rushed). It’s also hard to believe that they had nothing to recommend to get replace as well serviced soon on my vehicle. Any time ever, I take my car in to get any service I’m always recommended what services are needed. Although I did get my answer after calling back to Toyota, I just wish it was more informative. Makes me feel my serviced was rushed and not thorough.

I waited two hours for my car to be done with an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting, I decided to go out and look for my vehicle, and found it waiting outside, I have no idea how long the car sat out there. I returned to the service desk to inquire if my vehicle was ready and the person at the desk said no. I waited five more minutes before returning to the desk to kindly ask them to finish their paperwork. Upon returning my keys, the service desk provider did not previously check the service agreement, and wanted to charge me 400$ for the service, even though everything done was covered by my agreement.

I don’t think the brake pads and rotors were actually changed! The brake pedal feels the same as it did before I brought it in. I’m going to take a closer look. The lady that provided me with customer service was excellent! I’m just questioning whether the brake job was actually done!!
