When the car service is completed, please call or text at that time. I waited all day and didn’t hear anything back. I was told it might take until the latest, 5 pm. I called at 4:50 because I hadn’t heard anything. They said they would call me back… and 9 minutes later they called back saying it was ready. I highly doubt it got ready in just those 9 minutes. I presume it was ready earlier in the day and forgot to call me.

I had a lot of things done, but they were routine—transmission fluid replacement, brake fluid, induction, wheel alignment, oil change—had it in at 7 and was Ubered to pick it up at 6:15. More communication about the status was in order. Did it really need to take that long? Are you short of technicians? Otherwise satisfied.
