I had oil change and tire rotation on 9/16/24. When I arrived front desk clerk asked if I am I want wash my vehicle. I sad “Yes”’ I am aware if you change Toyota provide car wash. Then I asked him give estimate to replace driver seat. Clerk said that he will check on this also. However when received my truck back I didn’t get estimate on my broken driver seat and car wash wasn’t done also. I am currently owner of 4 Toyota vehicles, 3 were purchased from your dealership Baxter. I believe my family should be MVP at Baxter Toyota. Unfortunately your “Service “ department services not on level as used to be. I noticed that 15 from desk employees were sitting and doing nothing. I am considering take my business other Toyota dealership.

Unfortunately, I did not notice until I got home, that the $15 coupon I was asked to bring and hand in prior to service, had not been applied to my invoice. After speaking with Ethan, I now find I must wait “3 to 5 days” to get the refund of the coupon value. There was confusion at the onset that he had no knowledge of said coupon, and only later after I walked through who I handed to and where that person set it down , was the fact that I had the coupon accepted. Disappointing after 10 years being a faithful customer.
