I had a 0700 appointment on 9.13.24. I dropped off the vehicle the evening of 9.12.24 and place the key in the overnight box. On the 13th around 1100 after no word about my vehicle, I called. I was on hold several times. After waiting, someone took me off hold explaining my key had been found. The service was starting on my vehicle over 4 hours after my scheduled appointment. I called after being notified the car was ready. I told service department, I would pick up on Saturday. I’m without a vehicle until then (overnight). It’s a real inconvenience.
