I was completely dissatisfied with my recent service appointment. My car looked better when I dropped it off than when I picked it up. Very unhappy. I had to completely wipe the dirt off inside the passenger side doors and I have a grease stain on the seat from one of the service workers that won’t come out. I also have tape residue on my paint from the work they did that won’t come off. I will be calling to get this fixed. Very bad customer service experience.

I made an appointment a couple days in advance and I still had to wait an hour and a half to get an oil change. I think if you make an appointment you should be able to get right in and they should change your oil right away
