They were supposed to rotate my tires during my service visit. I can tell that my tires were not rotated and that tire pressure wasn't even checked. I tried calling my advisor to speak with him about it but after speaking to the person who answered the phone in the service department, I was transferred to Jordan's voicemail. I never received a call back, and I called this morning. I had wanted my car completely serviced before I take my car on a long distance trip in early May.

Nate informed me of every step of the maintenance process. He, also, gave me three recommendations that were made to keep my car well maintained. He offered to have it done today or do it later. I liked the fact that I wasn’t pressured to do the repairs today even though I did decide to have them completed today. As a result the maintenance took 31/2 hours as opposed to less than an hour. Nate was honest that it would take a long time so that was not an issue. My car rides well. Appreciate the free car wash as well. My vehicle has a cd player which I treasure so plan on keeping it longer even though it’s 10 years old.

I have had Nick several times since we only own Toyotas he always smiles and explained the Video on my phone.
Last week I was in with my Hylander which needed several recommendations from the technician my service person was Gordon.
Gordon was having some difficulties keeping another customer with the same last name as mine separate; because of his his we had personal issues… He was smart and during check out he left the counter and Davis I think took my payment and them made sure I located my car.
