I personally feel that Elizabeth should have said goodbye to me and come out and told me my car was ready instead I got a text message which I felt was very cold. She was outside with another service person doing something I walk out to get into my car and she says bye and it sounded really fake y. Sorry that’s my personal opinion.
Also, while I was there, a man who is sitting next to me was at Baxter‘s for his third visit for a sensor on his Avalon. This was the third visit and his surface guy came out and said it’s gonna take 5 1/2 to 6 hours. I said to the service guy don’t you have a loaner that he could use? The service advisor looked at me and said well if he can drive a tundra I think he can use that. I said what man doesn’t know how to drive a pick up? Also, I thought it was interesting. I don’t even have 15,000 miles on this vehicle and you already want to do something worth $129 to my all-wheel-drive. Just a little disappointed today.
