Nate was very kind, responsive, and easy to work with, and so were the other Service Advisors. We always receive excellent service at Baxter. We were without a vehicle for several days, and did really appreciate having a loaner vehicle. This is not on Nate, but after spending $5600 on our vehicle, it would have been a nice extra touch to have had it washed and vacuumed when we picked it up. We’ve had that sporadically in the past, and considering the amount of money we spent, that would have made a difference.. Thank you!
