Ty was an excellent with his customer service and very responsive to any questions I had. He was a pleasure to work with!
However, on an unrelated note, $700 dollars labor on $300 dollars worth of parts seemed very high. I simply can’t afford those kinds of costs anytime I come in for any kind of issue. In the past three months I’ve spent almost $4000 in repairs on a truck that hasn’t even hit 70,000 miles. I’ll likely be looking at other repair shops in town that are much more affordable. I also likely won’t be purchasing another Toyota, which is unfortunate since I expected much better quality from the brand.
