Appreciate that Mr. Beel kept me informed about the repairs and the wait time, as well as the fact that I had to leave at a certain time. I will have to get part of the repair done on a different day but that’s not a big deal. He was very nice, overall great experience.

I heard you were under-staffed, but I checked in my vehicle at 9am, and it wasn't even started at 10:15am. Communication on it being delayed would've been nice so I could plan accordingly. One of the workers was able to quickly get my a loaner vehicle so I could get to my 10:30am appointment.
