Upon arriving to Toyota, I was not greeted in a friendly manner. I explained to Angie Skrdlant that I had a nail in my tire, she let me know that she wasn’t sure if she could squeeze me in (which I understand), but let me know that she would see what she could do.
After waiting, and getting my van serviced, which I was very appreciative of, as I was waiting with my 3 small children, Angie mad the comment, I’m glad we could get you in, but that won’t happen again next time if you come in.
So, I will be canceling my service appointment that I already had scheduled for Monday and finding somewhere else to service my van.
Thankful we got the tire fixed, but highly disappointed in the customer service from Angie.
