Got to Baxter she came right out took my vehicle back to have the oil changed tires rotated and inspected.All done in less than an hour. Informed me my brakes are getting low, but not immediately needing replaced.So I will keep an eye on that!

Listen you all need to figure your scheduling out better. I had a 1pm appointment you didn’t have my vehicle on the rack until 230pm. That’s 1.5 hours after my appointment. That’s unacceptable! I’m in for just a simple oil change but then you’ve got $1000 worth of recommendations literally! I’m driving a 21 4 Runner. I had them take care of the things that needed to be taken care immediately. Honestly, I didn’t have time and it wasn’t about the money, It was about the time to take care of everything today. If you look at my maintenance history, my vehicles are my babies they’re my home away from home. When I come in for an oil change with an appointment, I expect to be in there and out of there within an hour, period! Then when you hit me with the recommendations, then I understand it will take longer. But your service needs to get better, if it doesn’t, I’m gonna find somewhere else. I had a lot better service when you were on the north side of town. Honestly, I don’t care if you’re changing computer systems or whatever the issue is. This has happened more than once to me! Fix the timing issue with your scheduling. Instead of have me come in at 1 PM. You should’ve scheduled me for 2 PM. Figured out some how!
