Ty was an excellent with his customer service and very responsive to any questions I had. He was a pleasure to work with!
However, on an unrelated note, $700 dollars labor on $300 dollars worth of parts seemed very high. I simply can’t afford those kinds of costs anytime I come in for any kind of issue. In the past three months I’ve spent almost $4000 in repairs on a truck that hasn’t even hit 70,000 miles. I’ll likely be looking at other repair shops in town that are much more affordable. I also likely won’t be purchasing another Toyota, which is unfortunate since I expected much better quality from the brand.

After our service, the display on the dashboard has been changed, where the speedometer reading no longer shows on the dash. This is not the first time where we’ve noticed a display setting changed after a service. Please stop changing our settings.
