After riding the shuttle home after dropping off my car for my appointment, you all called me to tell me no one had ordered my tires and you didn’t have enough tires in stock for my appointment. Someone should have 1) reserved tires for the appt, 2) checked the morning of to make sure you had them and 3) called me if you needed to reschedule. Instead I made a trip out there (and then had to call and ride the shuttle back) for no reason and then had to reschedule (which is difficult because I was balancing things like a flooded bathroom, plumber appointments, MRI appointments, and more this week). You all rescheduled quickly, which I appreciate, but the fact that no one bothered to order tires/check ahead of time if there were tires was really frustrating.

Ty was great, no delay getting my vehicle in, was done very quickly and Ty explained what needs to be done next time I’m in. Getting a vehicle serviced isn’t necessarily fun, it was however done in a professional manner with no surprises. Great job by all.

The only issue is you guys had trouble finding my service contract that I had bought a year ago and the computer. The attendant said that he couldn’t find it and then he looked further and he said oh it is there. I will get to it later and call you to let you know how many more services I had coming to me. So it was no big deal. I just wish the service agreement was easier to see so I didn’t feel like I was trying to pull a fast one.

Svc teck removed floor mat on driver's side because a piece of outdoor carpet was on top of factory rubber mat. The carpet was not loose but attached to the rubber floor mat with metal brackets at 2 points and could not be moved on it's own. The service advisor was friendly and competent.
