First, I don’t know who Jacob Merrick is. I made a huge mistake purchasing this vehicle without a test drive. I hate it. It sits too high and is difficult for me to get into. I have difficulty parking it in parking spaces. I want to try old car back.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating however the entire process took extraordinarily much longer time than we felt necessary. Extremely long time delays in between the different negotiatiing/transaction steps with the appearance of a lot of the folks standing around and chitchatting. We were there for nearly four hours. The negotiation portion of our experience was literally 10 to 15 minutes. The rest of the time was spent waiting. We bought several vehicles through Legends Toyota and certainly don’t expect any special treatment. However, time management skills that day could have definitely used some improvement. We knew the vehicle we wanted, knew what we were willing to pay, and excellent credit, and had no intention of spending half a day at the car dealership. I’m just glad we only do this every 3 to 5 years with you all. We will consider other options next time.

We bought our Toyota Highlander years ago at the Olathe dealership, when Toyota came to the Legends in KCK we have always taken our car there for repairs. We have always had good service and good advice. We have family members that own Toyota vehicles and they take their vehicles there also. So far Toyota service department has done good work and hopefully fair prices for us.
