The tech said they couldn't find the wheel lock but it was in the glove box right on top. Because of this I was not given a service I paid for when I bought the maintenance package.

Had an appointment for 11:30 am for oil change & tire rotation. This simple procedure took over 2 hours. What is the purpose of an appointment if I still have to wait that long for service? This is not the fault of the desk service provider this is a time management's problem. If you tell your customer the service will take about an hour then you should stick to that commitment. If not at least keep the customer up to date and informed. My time is as important as your time.
