Process seemed confusing today, I wasn’t notified when my car was done. The settings were changed and I still don’t know how to get them back to what I want which is pretty frustrating I took a friend who’s looking for a new RAV4 since I had spoken so highly about your location, and it just didn’t seem to go well today for her to be impressed.

The agent that I made the appointment with failed to communicate that there was a check-out fee of up to $100. I made an appointment and was seen at my appointment time, but my idea of an appointment and what the service department understands as an appointment aren’t the same thing. The service representative told me the car would have to stay overnight and be seen in the morning. I understood when I made the appointment that I would have the car back the same day. Again, the representative making the appointment should have communicated that there was a chance the car would have to stay overnight if the appointment was after a certain hour. In all, the vehicle fault was taken care of and I’m grateful in cost no more than the checkout fee, but am dissatisfied with the lack of communication from the lack of communication. I feel that this was underhanded and a means of this dealership to collect $100. If I don’t have to use your services again, I will not.

It feels the service department lacks quality. They couldn’t duplicate the sound but I did it easily. The service person provided a discount but did not mention service supply fee. I did not receive multi-point inspection report.
