I come to your location because, you are more kind than others - last visit whoever dumb service guy it was - was rude and condescending multiple blanking times! Tell him and the entire staff not to be rude condescending morons to customers! ( most of the staff does not act rudely just some of the young ones do not how to be professional and it’s not blanking responsibility to teach them simple basic principles of not being a rude moron. They just try to discredit anything you say even just normal conversation - it’s toxic and dumb of them - and it has no place with me or your business! Don’t ever let this happen again!

I sat in the customer waiting area from approximately 4 1/2 to 5 hours with one brief follow up from Evan that things were progressing. Evan never showed again until I went to him about 4:30 and he told me they would not be able to finish the work until Saturday and dangled a loaner key in front of me. I was told my vehicle would be ready on Saturday. On Saturday I received a text from Evan that my vehicle would not be ready on Monday because there were only 2 shop techs working. Everyone around me waiting on Friday was unusually upset about their waits. And they were very long. Their complaints sounded like mine. Today when I went to pick up the car Evan was not present. I asked about the new floor mats I had asked for which were not on the invoice. I was told they would check on it. He eventually returned and told me “no charge.” Have a seat and I’ll come and get you when they are installed. It’ll be “just” a few minutes. 30+ minutes later I tracked him down in another cubicle and he reluctantly left and took me out to the car which was left running for how long? There was a small scratch on the back of the rear trunk lid. By the time the supervisor arrived I was at my final straw and late for a medical meeting. I have cardio rehab tomorrow.
