I feel the dealership has gotten away from good customer service. I received a text from Isiah Monday regarding my vehicle when I called to speak.to him I was told he was off that day and it was an automated text. That is not personal service. I prefer to speak to the service texts for information on my vehicle not get text messages.

Bryce didn’t offer the complimentary car wash and I forgot to ask him. When I did, he told me that he didn’t have time to complete a car wash for a my car that was scheduled for an oil change at 2:00pm. Not sure why there wasn’t time? Also when I was shuttled back AND when I was in my car heading home, I saw the car wash station completely open w some guy sitting down talking to another guy who was standing up BOTH times I passed it. So.. why wasn’t there time? I’m going back tomorrow bc it’s the principle.
