I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived 5 minutes before and was told it was going to be a 2 hour wait and I could reschedule if wanted. I had the day off work and wasted a large chunk of it waiting.

We have used Toyota legends for years. I am now starting to question that decision. I understand the difficult times with finding technicians, but that’s not my problem. Finding appointment times are not difficult, but trying to figure out the statement of work and parts as part of the receipt… Frustrating! For example, we bought tires and were told rotations are free during services. We are always fighting the charges for stupidity regarding rotations or tires. It’s not hard - either educate us all when you say, free rotations… Or stop the insanity. One would think that if you bought tires from you that it would be in the “system“ and we wouldn’t have to question what you mean by free. I think we’re walking away from your business, but not the brand. Tell me I’m wrong.

any other Toyota that I have been to will go over the sheet with me at the end that describes what level my brakes were at, what fluids they topped off, how my cabin air filter and engine filters are looking. This Toyota dealership did not and did not provide me the paper unless I asked for it. When I did ask for it, they “filled it out in the back” without my car being there. The entire place seemed like they were overbooked and no one knew what was going on. Felt very chaotic and like I was being herded in and out.
