Today I had my second appointment for tires. Last week I arrived, left my car for tires and was told later in the day that the they were out. Then that the tires were discontinued. A new appointment was scheduled for today after special ordering tires. After sitting in the waiting area for more than 2 hours, I asked when my car would be ready. The special order tires had been given to someone else. Now I'm at home with a loaner car waiting to hear if tires fitting my Highlander will be coming in on the 3:00 truck. And if so can the car be serviced today or tomorrow.... Three trips for tires, not happy.

I don't really know how to say this but come right out and say it and It seems like every time I bring my car to Legends them young people back in the service department there they do something wrong with my car. I come in for one flat tire to be fix before I go out of town. Now I have three tires showing low tire pressure and the lights were still on after driving 30 MI home and on all three tires still was showing low pressure after driving 30 miles home. Before I started out of town I had to put more air in the tires to get the lights to turned off. Sorry you asked me to do a survey. This is why I hate driving clear over there when there's a problem. Because they make problems that shouldn't be happening especially fixing a flat something simple like that. I can't imagine them doing major things to a car what would happen in that situation. I'm just glad I don't have that problem I could take it to any dealer not Legends Toyota like I have to with the warranty I have with the tires situation. Sorry again that I had to be the bad guy in the situation something needs to be done if it's happening to me I'm sure it's happened to other customers also but if no one lets you all know it can't be fixed. Thanks for listening
