Made the appointment for our key fob
After 2 hours for our 1st oil change we entered our vehicle without the 2nd key. We were never told that the keyfob was not on hand. We drove 40 miles for this
We were never told during this process that the key fob was not available
Now when the fob is available we will have to return to the dealership
We had a great sales experience

I had driven 30 miles and was called and told service was three hours behind! I was only 5 miles away at the time.
If I had been called an hour earlier, I would’ve rescheduled.
It was almost three hours after my original 12:45 appointment time before my car was done.
This dealership has the WORST service department I have ever experienced! The other time I came for a simple tire rotation it took over two hours!
I will NEVER take my car back here - service agreement or not!

The shop would not replace my car battery even though it’s under warranty.
